Quikel Construction Private Limited is based out in the Rajarhat area, specifically over at Mouza Khamar Bishnupur in Langolpota. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which honestly suits us just fine. Most of our mornings start early at the site, checking on the progress and making sure the guys have what they need for the day. Being in North 24 Parganas, we see a lot of changes happening in the landscape around us. Our office in Matiaghata is pretty simple, nothing too special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and meet with vendors. We handle the usual construction headaches like sourcing sand and cement or figuring out why a machine isn't starting up. It’s not a glamorous job, and we usually end the day with dust on our boots. We’ve been working around this part of West Bengal for some time now, so we know the local roads and the quirks of the weather here. Dealing with the monsoon rains is always a challenge for the schedule, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the projects moving along steadily. You won't find us using big words or making tall promises. We just do the work, pay the bills, and try to get home at a decent hour. It's a living, and we take it one brick at a time.
