Our office is located out in AA-IIB/3296, over in the Newtown area of North 24 Parganas. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the new stuff going up lately. Pristinal Properties Private Limited is just our small team working out of this space at PRE NO- 04-0583. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to people about plots and buildings around here. It gets a bit hectic in Newtown because everything is changing so fast. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. Most days involve a lot of walking around and making sure things are where they should be. The office is functional, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits that come with property. It's a lot of reading through documents and waiting on responses. We’ve been around this part of North 24 Parganas long enough to know the shortcuts. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare getting here, but that’s just Newtown for you. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we know. We have our routine, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. We don't have many employees, so everyone has to do a bit of everything to get by.
