Prayag Land Developers Private Limited

We are over in Barrackpore, at 45(47) H Road, Ward No. 9. It’s in North 24 Parganas, area code 700122. Prayag Land Developers Private Limited is a local business through and through. Barrackpore has a different feel than the middle of Kolkata. It’s a bit more relaxed, but still busy in its own way. Our office is on H Road and it’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a few computers that are a couple of years old. We mainly deal with land development in this region. It’s a lot of field work, to be honest. We aren't always in the office because we have to go out and see the sites for ourselves. Sometimes we come back with mud on our shoes, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. We just talk to the locals and handle the land deals that come across our desks. The office is a place where we can sit down and sort out the legal bits. We like being part of the Barrackpore community. It’s a place where people still know their neighbors. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s not a complicated life. We just show up, do our work, and go home to our families. It’s what we know how to do. We’ve been here for years and the routine suits us just fine.
