Prachya Indiherbs Private Limited

Our office is in Block III, Flat 2/C49 on P K Guha Road. It's more of a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big office parks. Prachya Indiherbs Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We spend a lot of time looking at different herbs and products, trying to make sure everything is sorted correctly before it goes out. It’s just a few rooms with some filing cabinets and tables. The traffic on P K Guha Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to finish up before it gets too bad. We don’t have any receptionists or anyone like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s pretty informal here. We’ve had to fix the air conditioning a couple of times this summer because it just couldn't keep up with the heat. We keep a lot of records in big binders because we don't trust the computers for everything. It feels more solid that way. People in the building know us as the herb folks. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just providing what people ask for and making sure the business stays afloat. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big delivery, but we manage. Just a regular bunch of people working hard in a quiet corner of the city.
