Our office is at Ac-15/12 in Deshbandhu Nagar. We are right by the Baguiati police station. The name on the door says Plb Developers Consultants Private Limited. We are in the North 24 Parganas area of West Bengal, 700059. It is a bit of a walk from the main road. We do a mix of developing and consulting work. Most of our time is spent looking at land records or meeting with people who want to build something. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for approvals. The office is small and gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We have a lot of maps on the walls. We aren't fancy people. We just know the local area well. The traffic around Baguiati can be terrible, so we try to do most of our meetings in the morning. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It started as a small idea and just grew into this. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on the work we’ve already done. It’s a lot of grit and standing around on dusty plots of land. We just try to give honest advice to people. That’s basically how we spend our weeks. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our job. We show up and we do what needs doing to keep the projects moving.
