PLANET CITISPRING PRIVATE LIMITED is located in New Town, specifically at CC-100 on the ground floor. We are on Street 233 in Action Area 1. It’s a newer part of Kolkata, so everything feels a bit more modern around here compared to the old city. The office is easy to get into since it’s right on the ground floor. We spend a lot of time working on urban development stuff. Since we are in New Town, we see a lot of construction happening all around us every day. Our space is functional. We have a few computers, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. It’s not a place for showing off. We just come in, do our tasks, and go home. Usually, there is some construction noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We deal with a lot of different aspects of city planning and real estate. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments. Sometimes we are out on the field, and other times we are stuck at our desks. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. Being in the 700156 area is convenient for reaching other parts of the development. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the growth in this area.
