Pioneer8 Nextgen Academy Private Limited is located at Arun Mondal’s place in the village of Andiron. That’s in the Hareknagar area, near the Beldanga police station. We are a small academy focused on teaching local students. Our setup is very modest. We use a couple of rooms in the village to host our classes. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main road’s noise, which helps the kids focus. We don’t have a giant campus or anything like that. It’s just us and the students. Most of the people involved here are locals from around Hareknagar. We started this because we wanted to give back to the place where we grew up. We don't bother with fancy advertising or polished brochures. We just talk to the parents in the village and explain what we are doing. The office part of the academy is just a desk with some ledgers and a computer. We spend our mornings planning the lessons and our afternoons teaching. It’s a simple routine. Sometimes it’s a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. The paint is peeling a bit in the corners of the classroom, but the learning happens anyway.
