Pexmon Online Marketing (Opc) Private Limited is located out in Gobardanga at Laxmipur, right at Swapan Kr Sen’s place. It is a bit far from the main rush of Kolkata which is actually quite nice because it is quieter here for the most part. We do not have a big office building with a glass front or a receptionist at a desk. It is more of a home-style setup where we just get things done without much fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather gets bad but that is just how it is in this area. We started this because we wanted to do something with online marketing and we figured we could do it just as well from here as anywhere else. The neighbors probably wonder what we are doing inside all day on our computers. There is a tree outside the window that gets a lot of birds in the morning which can be a bit loud when you are trying to focus on something. We do not really have meetings in fancy boardrooms. Mostly we just talk over the desk or while standing in the small yard. It is a simple life and we are not trying to be anything we are not. Swapan’s place has been our base for a while and it feels right to keep it small and practical instead of moving to a noisy city center where everything costs too much.
