Persia Kitchen India Private Limited is situated at 63/21A on Dum Dum Road in Kolkata. If you know Dum Dum Road, you know it is always busy with buses, autos, and people rushing to the station. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It isn't a massive industrial space, but it is enough for what we do. We spend most of our hours prepping ingredients and cooking. The smell of the food usually spills out onto the street, which is a nice way for people to find us. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big polished storefront. It is more about the work we do inside. We are a private limited company but we feel more like a small family outfit. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. Being on Dum Dum Road means we get to see all kinds of people every day. We aren't trying to be the most famous kitchen in West Bengal. We just want to make good food and keep the business running. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we stay open and keep the stoves going. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we enjoy it.
