PERING DEVELOPERS LLP

We are Pering Developers LLP, located right over at Kamduni More in Rajarhat. It’s pretty busy around here lately with all the new roads and buildings going up in North Parganas. Most days you’ll find us just dealing with the usual paperwork or checking on sites nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now, right in the mix of things where the 700135 zip code starts. It isn’t a fancy office, just a place to get work done and talk to people about what needs building. People stop by sometimes just to ask directions because the Kamduni area is changing so fast. We know the local soil and how the weather gets during the monsoon, which matters when you're trying to put up a wall that stays straight. There’s a lot of noise outside from the trucks going toward the main city. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, then it’s back to looking at plans. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just handle the projects that come our way. If you’re driving through Rajarhat, you’ve probably passed us. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. Nothing too complicated about it, really. Just a bunch of guys working out of a small office in Kolkata. It is what it is.
