Our place is located at Bangur Avenue, down on the ground floor in Flat GB. It’s a pretty residential area, so it’s usually not too loud except for the occasional car passing by or the neighbors chatting. We like being on the ground floor because it saves us from climbing any stairs, which is nice when we have packages coming in or when the weather gets really humid. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have a small table where we keep the computer and another one for all the folders. It’s a bit cramped if more than three people are in at once, but we make it work. Most days it’s just one or two of us here keeping track of things. We usually start our mornings with some tea from the kitchen in the back. The walls are painted a simple white, though they could probably use a fresh coat soon. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People who need to find us usually just give us a call when they’re at the gate. It’s a quiet life here in Kolkata, and we prefer it that way. We don't worry about being a big corporate office. We just handle our daily tasks and go home when the sun sets. It’s practical and it suits us fine. There is no need for anything more complicated than what we have right here.
