Padmika Projects Llp

Our office for Padmika Projects Llp is located in Block B of Bangur Avenue. Specifically, it’s at 89 Bangur Avenue, right near Lake Town. It’s a nice enough spot, a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate. The building is a standard residential-style block, and we’ve set up our workspace there to stay close to the projects we manage. We aren’t a big company with a hundred employees. It is a small group of us who handle various construction and renovation tasks. Some days the office is empty because everyone is out on-site checking on the progress of a wall being built or a floor being laid. When we are all in, it’s usually pretty cramped with all the samples and tools lying around. We don’t really do the whole professional office vibe. There are stacks of paper on the floor and the chairs don’t all match. We just focus on getting the work done. Lake Town has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the gate. If a project is running late, we stay late to figure it out. We don’t use any fancy software to manage things; it’s mostly just notebooks and phone calls. It works for us and it keeps the overhead low. We just want to finish the job and move on to the next one without any extra fuss.
