Our office is located in the Shukhobrishti complex in New Town, Kolkata. The specific unit is K/35/506 in the AA-III section. PACKHILL REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating from here for a few years now. New Town is much more open than the older parts of the city, with wider roads and lots of newer buildings going up. Our office is a converted apartment on one of the upper floors. It has a very standard layout with a couple of rooms for desks and a small area for meetings. We deal with various real estate matters, so there are always lots of contracts and property maps lying around on the tables. It’s a quiet space, which is good for when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just two or three of us in the office at any time. The building has a lot of other residents, so we see people going about their daily lives in the hallways and elevators. We usually go down to the local shops to get our tea or a quick snack during the afternoon break. It’s a very practical and humble setup. We didn't spend much on decorating the place because we prefer to keep things simple. It’s a functional office where we can focus on the local property market without too many distractions. It’s a good spot for us.
