We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of desks; it’s more of a focused, small-team environment. Being in the 700079 area, we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and residential blocks. Most of our work involves managing medical supplies and talking to clients over the phone. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, so you have to look for the flat number. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for some time. We don't use fancy words to describe ourselves because we don't think it's necessary. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when new stock arrives, but we sort it out eventually. It is just a regular private company trying to navigate the local market in West Bengal. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for us to get around. It’s just us, working away in Anita Tower every day.
