OBODO REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is located on the 6th floor of DN-1 in Sector-5, Salt Lake. This area is the IT hub of Kolkata, so there are always lots of people and cars around. Even though it's a busy corporate-looking area, our office is just a regular place where we do our real estate work. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big PR team. We focus on property in the 700091 area and other parts of the city. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we spend most of our time looking at contracts and property deeds. We aren't a huge firm; we’re just a small team trying to make a living in the real estate business. It's a lot of meetings and phone calls throughout the week. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are stuck in the office doing paperwork. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to see us. We don't use slick sales talk. We just tell folks what the situation is with a property and let them think about it. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits us fine. Salt Lake is a good place to be based because there is always something happening in the market here. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
