Nirmaanarch Private Limited

Nirmaanarch Private Limited is situated at E/169 of 2 Motilal Colony, specifically Italgacha 3/143/2. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from the area. The colony is a residential spot, so we are surrounded by houses and small shops. It feels very grounded and local. Our office is part of a larger building where we have set up our drawing boards and computers. Since we do a lot of design and construction work, the space is always full of sketches and half-finished models. It gets a bit messy with all the pencils and erasers lying around. The neighbors are friendly, and we often stop to chat when we are heading out to a site. Italgacha has its own rhythm, and we have become a part of it over the years. We don't have a big polished showroom. If you come by, you will likely see us hunched over a table arguing about a specific measurement or a material choice. We use simple tools and rely on what we know works. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the door squeaks when you open it. We just focus on the work itself rather than making the office look like a magazine cover. It is a practical space for practical people doing their daily jobs and making sure the structures we design are actually built properly.
