Our office is located in Matri Bhawan at 96 Ashokegarh. This is in the Dunlop area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Neeef Exim India Private Limited has its roots here. The building itself has been around for a long time, and we like the feel of it. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, but it’s our home. We’ve got a basic setup inside—just desks, chairs, and our equipment. We don’t see the need for anything more than that. Dunlop is usually busy, and there’s always a lot going on right outside our doors. We’re just regular people working together. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a polished pitch. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a good job. We handle export and import tasks, which involves a lot of sitting at the desk and making calls. Sometimes we take a break for some tea and talk about things other than work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We like being at 96 Ashokegarh because it feels like we’re part of a real community. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just want to keep the business running smoothly and handle our responsibilities. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things. We’re just a local business in Matri Bhawan, and we’re fine with that.
