Nbccsc Owners Association

Nbccsc Owners Association is located right in the middle of the New Town shopping center at F-22. It is a pretty active spot in Kolkata, especially with all the people coming and going for their shopping. Being in North Parganas, there is always something happening outside our door. We handle the stuff that owners need to deal with, which isn’t always glamorous, but it is necessary for keeping the place running. The office is small and tucked away, but everyone around here knows where to find us. We don’t have a lot of frills. It is just a desk, some files, and usually someone drinking a cup of tea while looking over the books. We have been here for a while now, seeing New Town grow and change around us. It used to be much quieter, but now it is full of life. We try to help out the owners however we can, whether it is a small repair issue or just sorting out the shared spaces. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different people every day. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just an association of people who own property here and want to keep things organized. Most of our days are spent listening to concerns and trying to find a way to make things work for everybody. It is a practical job and we just take it one day at a time.
