Newtown is still growing every day, so there is a lot of construction and new buildings going up all around us. We like being in this part of North 24 Parganas. Our office is just a regular building on the plot. We do not have any flashy lights or big billboards to attract attention. We focus on infrastructure and keeping our various projects moving forward. The team here is pretty small. We all know what we have to do and we just get on with it. It is not a fancy corporate environment by any means. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but we do not really mind that. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and talking to different contractors. It is a practical business. We do not go in for long meetings or corporate retreats. We just meet at the office in the morning and figure out the day’s priorities. Being in Newtown means we are part of a developing area, which is always interesting to see. We have been at this plot for a while now.
