We’ve set up our development office right here because this neighborhood is where a lot of the new housing and commercial projects are popping up. Being near the More means it’s very easy to give people directions when they want to visit. We aren't one of those massive firms with a skyscraper office and elevators. We’ve got a more modest setup where the focus is on the actual development work. Developing land and buildings takes a lot of coordination, so our office is usually full of files and chargers. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to contractors or checking on land records at the local offices. It can be a bit chaotic inside, especially on Mondays when everyone is trying to get things started for the coming week. The Rajarhat area is growing fast, and we are just happy to be a part of what's happening. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just look for opportunities to develop and then we get to work. The office is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but we don’t really care about that. It’s a place for work, and it does that job well for us. We just take things as they come and try to keep our projects on track.
