Mjee Desigcon (Opc) Private Limited

Mjee Desigcon (Opc) Private Limited is based out of North 24 Parganas. Our office is actually in a flat, B204 on the second floor of 5A Neogi Para Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s a quiet enough place to get work finished. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person setup mostly, though there’s usually someone around to help with the design tasks or the office chores. We spend most of our time looking at plans and trying to make things fit where they should. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and then heading out to see how things look in person. The neighborhood is fairly typical for this part of West Bengal. It’s not a flashy corporate building with a big lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we try to stay organized. Most of our tools are just computers and a few drawing boards. People usually call us first before stopping by since the flat can be hard to find if you aren't looking for the right door. We deal with various design and construction details, mostly focusing on what needs to be done right now rather than worrying about long-term stuff. It’s practical work. We’ve been here for a bit and know the local rhythm well. The coffee is usually hot and there is always a stack of drawings to go through.
