Manrow Construction Private Limited

Manrow Construction is based out of Santoshpally in the Aswininagar area. We are currently operating out of the space provided by Swapan Majumder. Our postcode is 700059. It’s a local operation, and we mostly handle construction jobs around this part of Kolkata. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the city center. We like it that way. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the local streets and the people. We started this company to get some good building work done. We don't have a huge office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we meet and talk about upcoming jobs. Sometimes we travel out towards Koch Bihar for work too, as that’s part of our range. It’s a lot of driving and long hours on site. We don't go in for big corporate talk. We just tell you what we can build and how much it will cost. If there’s a rain delay, we tell you. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with permits and materials takes up most of our morning. In the afternoon, we are usually out on the sites checking on the progress. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job for the local community and surrounding areas. It keeps us moving.
