Majhergaon Flat Owners Welfareassociation

If you live in Block 12 of Majhergaon, you probably know where House No-4G is. We are right across from the NSG military camp on Badu Road. Being an association of flat owners means we deal with a lot of daily stuff that people don't always think about. There is always a leak somewhere or a gate that won't lock properly. We are just a group of neighbors who took on the job of looking after the place. It is not always easy because everyone has a different opinion on how things should be done. We spend a lot of time talking about the water supply and the parking spots. The traffic on Badu Road can get pretty loud, especially with the military vehicles moving around, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We meet up when we can to discuss the bills and the maintenance fees. It is not a corporate job, just us trying to keep our homes in decent shape. Sometimes we organize a little get-together for the kids in the block so they have somewhere to play. We don't have a big office or anything, just 4G where we keep the records and talk to anyone who has a complaint. It is just a part of living in a big complex like this. We do our best to keep things running for everyone.
