Magnolia Green Citydevelopers Privatelimited is up on the 11th floor in Suite 1101. We are located in Action Area 1B in New Town, Rajarhat, specifically on Street Number 124. It’s a newer part of the city and there is construction happening everywhere you look. From our office window, we can see the skyline changing every month. Even though we are in a big building, we keep things pretty simple inside. We are a group of people who just like to build houses. We have a few computers and a big table for maps and plans. It’s usually pretty quiet because we are all focused on our tasks. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork for a new project. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just try to make sure the buildings we put up are solid and safe. Rajarhat is growing fast and we are just trying to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the internet goes out or the printer jams, and we just have to figure it out. We aren't experts at everything, but we know construction. We deal with architects and engineers all day long. It can be a lot of talking and checking things twice. We value our reputation around here, so we try not to make mistakes. It’s just us doing our best in a very busy part of the world. That's our daily life here.
