Landmark Mansions Llp is located over in Salt Lake City, specifically at Be 4 in Sector I. If you’ve ever walked around Salt Lake, you know it’s a bit different from the rest of the city, with more space and a bit more of a planned feel. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various property and building projects. We aren't the kind of company that puts up huge billboards everywhere. Instead, we just focus on the work we have in front of us at our office. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when we need to concentrate on plans or paperwork. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or checking on how things are progressing. We keep it pretty simple here. There are no fancy uniforms or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We are just a team of people who know about buildings and how to get things managed properly. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays, but that is just how the construction and property world works. We don't try to hide that. We just tell it like it is. Being in Sector I means we are close to everything we need but far enough away from the loudest parts of the city. It’s a good balance for us and it seems to work well for the people who come to see us. We usually stay late most evenings making sure all the blueprints and documents are in order for the next morning.
