We are located right on the ground floor over at P-713 in Block-A, Lake Town. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the area. We’ve been running our kitchen operations here for a while now. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. Most mornings start with the delivery trucks pulling up and us getting the ingredients inside. It's a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when the orders start piling up during the lunch rush. We do a lot of prep work, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. It smells like garlic and spices in here most of the day. The team is just a few local folks who like to cook and get things done right. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just focus on the food and making sure it tastes like it's supposed to. Sometimes the stove acts up, or we run out of something we needed, but that's just how it goes in a kitchen. We've grown attached to this little spot in Lake Town. It’s got a good feel to it. People pop their heads in sometimes just to see what’s cooking. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders until the last one is out the door. It gets hot in there during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it.
