Innovate4India Development Forum is located at S-9 in the VIP Plaza near Shyam Baba Mandir on VIP Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of people coming and going from the temple and the shops around us. We have a small office where we try to come up with ideas for local development. We aren't a big corporate entity, despite the name. We are just a group of people who think about how to make things work better around here. Sometimes we sit in the office for hours just debating stuff. It’s not always exciting. We have a lot of papers stacked up and the coffee is usually cold. Being on VIP Road means we are easy to find, which is helpful. We don’t use flashy advertisements. Most people hear about us from word of mouth. We deal with various projects, some work out and some don't. That’s just the way it goes when you’re trying to innovate with limited resources. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to see some practical improvements in the community. The plaza can get noisy in the afternoons, but we just close the door and keep working. It’s a simple setup for a lot of thinking and planning. We stay grounded in what’s actually possible rather than dreaming too big without a plan or the money to do it right.
