Our office is way up on the 9th floor of Aravali Godrej Prakriti, specifically in Unit 905. The address is 187F/1 B.T. Road in Sodepur, which is part of the North Parganas area of Kolkata. Being in a large complex like Godrej Prakriti means there are always people around, but once you get up to the 9th floor, it is actually pretty calm. Incipience Housing Private Limited handles its daily operations from this unit. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when we need to sit down and go over the housing plans. The view from the windows is mostly other buildings and the busy B.T. Road down below. It takes a little while to get through the security and up the lift, but we have a good routine down now. We spend our time managing the details of housing projects and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It is a lot of reading through contracts and checking on construction progress from our computers. We aren't the type of company to have a flashy front desk or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us in the office, usually with some papers spread out and the radio playing quietly in the background. We have been here for a bit, and the location works well for keeping an eye on the local developments in Sodepur. We just focus on the day's work and try to keep everything moving.
