We’re over in Kamduni, right by the Kamduni More in Rajarhat. It’s a part of North Parganas that has seen a lot of change and new buildings recently. Our office is situated there because it puts us close to where most of the new development is happening. Construction is what we do, and there’s plenty of it going on in Rajarhat these days. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day business of running a construction firm. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of site equipment coming in and out of the back room. Being near Kamduni More makes it easy for the workers and the suppliers to find us without getting lost. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise from the street and the horns. We don’t mind it, as it feels like the area is really growing. Most of our time is spent out on the actual construction sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning and the payroll. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings here, just us sitting around a table figuring out how to get the next job finished. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is a bit slow, but that’s just part of working here. It’s a practical office for real people.
