Gtbp Developer And Promoters Private is located over at Royale Palm High Street on VIP Road. Our office is Scf-20-G on the Ground Floor of Block-A. It’s a pretty busy part of town with a lot of shops and people walking by. We handle developing and promoting properties, which mostly means we find good spots and try to get projects moving on them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between different people and making sure all the permissions are in order. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to drop in and ask questions about what we are working on. VIP Road is always growing, so there’s usually something new happening every week. We try to keep up with it all, but it can be a lot. The office is where we spend most of our mornings before heading out to check on various sites.
