Grillsticks Restaurant Private Limited

We are located at 99/126A Jessore Road, right in the Bapuji Colony area of Dum Dum Nager Bazar. Grillsticks Restaurant Private Limited is the name on the papers, but most people just know us as the place on the corner. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always noise from the traffic on Jessore Road. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to customers. It’s not a fancy dining hall. We have some tables and chairs, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We do a lot of grilling, as you might guess. The smoke from the grill sometimes makes its way out to the sidewalk. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know most of the regulars who stop by for a quick bite. It’s a small team running the show. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s dinner time and everyone wants their food at once. We do not have a big corporate office or a PR person. We just write our specials on a chalkboard and hope for the best. It’s a bit of a squeeze behind the counter sometimes. We just try to keep the grill hot and the customers fed. It’s a simple life, really, just cooking and cleaning and doing it all again the next day. Sometimes we stay late to scrub the floors.
