Goodwaves Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Floor 402 in Block A at The Land Mark. Saichikanta Das is the one who keeps everything moving around here. It is an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have got some desks set up and plenty of files tucked into the corners. Most of our work involves planning out infrastructure projects, which means a lot of staring at charts and talking to contractors. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of Phase 11 is decent enough. We are a small group, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be checking on a site and the next you are sitting here trying to figure out a budget. We don't have a big receptionist or a sign out front. People usually just know where to find us. Dealing with infrastructure means things move slowly sometimes. There are permits to get and weather to worry about. We try not to let it get to us. It’s just the nature of the work we chose. We’ve been at The Land Mark for a while now and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical place to run a business without too much fuss. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot to do, so we just stay at it.
