Godhuli Chits Private Limited

We are over here in Newtown, right in Action Area III at the Sp Sukhobrishti complex. It’s a busy place with a lot of people moving in and out every day. Our office is in the Sparsh building, specifically unit K41/402. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for when people stop by to talk about their chit funds. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We just have a few desks and some chairs where we sit and go over the numbers. Living and working in Kolkata means dealing with the traffic and the rain, but we like being in this part of the city because it’s growing so fast. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the paperwork and making sure the ledgers are up to date. People from the apartments nearby often drop in just to ask a quick question or drop off a payment. We don't really do big advertisements. Most folks know us because they live right here in the same housing complex. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when everyone gets off work. We try to keep things organized, even if the desk gets a little messy with files sometimes. It’s a pretty straightforward way to spend the day. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the shopkeepers around the block quite well. It feels like a small community inside this big city.
