Our place is at Chandiberia in the New Town area, specifically at the address of GBS Realestate Private Limited. We are located on the second floor of the building in Sarada Nagar, which is right in the Krishnapur area of Kolkata. Sumit is usually around the office most days if you need to talk to someone. The office itself is pretty simple and functional without any flashy decorations. We focus on the local property market around here because New Town is growing so fast lately. There are always new buildings going up and land being cleared. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the construction and traffic nearby. We handle the basic paperwork and show people around different plots or flats when they ask. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep in the summer heat. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small local operation where we try to keep things honest and straightforward. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or those who have heard about us from friends. We have seen the 700102 area change quite a lot over the years. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything, but it is what we do. We just stay busy with the daily tasks and try to help people find what they are looking for in this part of North Parganas.
