Our office for Gadagraj Realty Private Limited is located on the fifth floor of 68 Jessore Road, in Flat-512. Jessore Road is a major hub, and being at this location puts us right in the heart of things. We’ve been doing real estate work from this office for quite a while. It’s mostly about connecting people with the right apartments or office spaces along this busy corridor. The office itself is pretty simple, with desks, chairs, and lots of paperwork stacked up. We aren't a big agency with a lot of employees, just a few of us who have lived and worked in this area for years. Most of our time is spent out of the office, meeting with property owners or showing people around different sites. Jessore Road can be a nightmare for traffic, but it’s where all the action is. We try to be very honest with folks about what they are getting into, as property deals can sometimes have hidden issues. We handle the documents and the back-and-forth negotiations that are just part of the job. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people we help. We like being on the fifth floor because it gives us a little bit of a break from the noise downstairs. People find us easily because the building is well-known. We just keep working away, helping people find a place that works for them in this part of the city.
