Our office is actually Flat No. 17 in P-868, Block-A of Lake Town. We decided to run the business from here because it is where we live and we know the neighborhood so well. It is a residential building, so you have to ring the bell and come up just like you are visiting a friend. We deal with all kinds of property stuff right from our living room which we turned into an office. We have a couple of desks and a printer that sometimes jams when we need it most. Lake Town is a great area with the big clock tower and the water nearby. We often walk down to the market to meet people or just to get some fresh air. We don't have a big marketing department or any corporate polish. We are just local residents who started a property company to help others in the area. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to neighbors who are thinking of moving. We like the personal touch of being in a flat rather than a big office block. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. It feels more real this way. We just do our best to help people with their houses and keep things honest without making it complicated.
