It's a grounded place to run a business. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it's usually just one of us answering the door or the phone while we’re busy with something else. Working in the Baguiati area means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We focus on the practical side of building things. There are good days when everything goes to plan and messy days when the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's construction for you.
