Featherstone Dry Mix Private Limited

Our place is over in Madhyamgram, specifically at 5 Basunagar, Gate No 2 1/2. It is in the North 24 Parganas area, and it can be a bit of a journey to get here depending on the traffic. We deal with dry mix products, which basically means a lot of heavy bags and a lot of dust. The yard is usually quite busy with people moving things around. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished reception area. It is just a practical workspace where we get the mixing done and keep the inventory organized. The gate number 2 1/2 is a bit of a weird address, so we often have to give people extra directions when they are coming to visit for the first time. The weather here can be quite tough on the dry materials, so we have to spend a lot of time making sure everything is stored properly and kept away from any moisture. It is a regular local business with a small crew of guys who have been working together for a while. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most of our work comes from people who just know where we are. We have our small office where we keep the bills and the delivery notes. It is a lot of manual work and staying on top of the stock levels every day, but we get by.
