The office at Jamuna Appartment is where we gather to sort out the weekly schedules and look at the budgets. It’s often a bit messy with rolled-up plans and tea cups everywhere. We don’t really do marketing. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing our name on a site. Infrastructure work in this city can be a real headache with the narrow roads and the logistics of getting equipment around, but we’ve figured out our own way of doing things over the years. We focus on being practical and honest about what can be done and how long it will take. We don't like to overcomplicate things. If there’s a problem on-site, we just go down there and deal with it.
