We’ve got our office at Unit No ECSL 0513 in the Ecocentre, which is part of Block EM in Sector V, Salt Lake. Being in North 24 Parganas, specifically in the IT hub, means things are always moving fast around us. But inside our unit, it’s a bit more relaxed. We handle real estate needs for people working in the nearby towers or living in the Salt Lake area. It’s a modern building, but our office feels like a regular workspace with paper everywhere and a few mismatched chairs. We spend a lot of time on our computers looking at listings and coordinating with other agents. It isn't always easy keeping up with all the new developments happening in Sector V, but we try our best. Sometimes we go out for coffee at the little stalls nearby instead of using the machine in the breakroom. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who like helping people find a place that fits. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and we have to wear sweaters even in the summer. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. If you come in, we just sit down and look at what’s available on the market right then. It’s simple and we try to keep it that way for everyone. It works better than being overly formal, especially with all the tech folks around here.
