Dpmr Engineering & Construction is based out in the village of Bahera. Our mail goes to the Harinamar post office. We are located at Suresh Choudhary’s place. It is a very rural setting compared to the big city companies, but that is where we prefer to be. We handle engineering and construction tasks for the local area. Because we are in a village, our way of working is a bit different. We know almost everyone we work for. It is not just about contracts and money, it is about helping the community grow. We do not have a website or a fancy logo. Most of our work is done with basic tools and a lot of manual labor. Suresh oversees the projects and makes sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes it is hard to get materials out to the village, especially when the roads get muddy during the monsoon season. We have to plan ahead and make sure we have everything we need. It is not a glamorous job. You get your hands dirty every single day. We do not have meetings in boardrooms. We talk over tea at the site. It is honest work and it feels right to be building things in our own backyard. People know they can find us at Bahera if they need something built. We just take it one day at a time and do what we can with the resources we have available to us in the village.
