We are located at IB-129 in Sector-III of Salt Lake City, here in Kolkata. Our office for Daiwik'S Ayurvedic And Homeopathic Clinics Private Limited is in a part of the city that is a bit greener and quieter than the center. You can usually smell the dried herbs and different tinctures as soon as you walk through the door. It’s not a sterile, white-walled hospital type of place. We have wooden shelves packed with small glass bottles and jars, all labeled by hand. The floor is tile, and it stays relatively cool even when the West Bengal heat is at its worst outside. We spend a lot of time talking to people about how they’re feeling and trying to find the right homeopathic or ayurvedic match for them. It’s a slow process sometimes. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of our notes are still kept in big ledgers with blue ink. People from all over Salt Lake come by, often because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the city. We just want to keep our doors open and help the folks who walk in at IB-129. The garden outside needs a bit of weeding, but inside, we keep things orderly enough to know exactly where every remedy is kept on those crowded shelves for those who need them.
