We have our office at 26, Block-Cbangur Avenue. This part of the city is mostly residential, which gives our workplace a different feel than a typical commercial building. Crossworld Learning Systems (Opc)Private Limited is a small setup where we handle various educational tasks. A few rooms have been converted into work areas with basic desks and chairs. Most of the walls are bare, except for a few notes we have pinned up here and there. When the weather is nice, we keep the windows open to let in a breeze. That also means the sounds of the neighborhood come in all day long. You can hear vegetable sellers passing by and kids playing nearby. Our environment is very simple and straightforward. Corporate culture or big professional presentations aren't things we worry about. We spend most of the day handling paperwork or talking through plans for the next week. Since we are a small team, everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Lunch is usually a casual affair where we sit together and talk about normal things. The building itself is an older one, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb. It is a practical place for practical people. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. There is nothing flashy about it, and we prefer it that way. It is just our little workspace on the avenue where we get things done.
