Chiranjeevi Homes Private Limited

Our company, Chiranjeevi Homes Private Limited, is situated at 39/40 Dum Dum Park. We are part of the Krishnapur Cooperative Society area, which is a nice part of town to be in. We have been building homes for a while now, and we like the community feel of this neighborhood. It is not like being in a cold business district. We see the same people every day and it feels more like home. Our office is a simple place where we plan out our projects. We have a lot of samples of tiles and paint colors lying around. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is just because we are busy. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or decorations. We would rather focus on making sure the houses we build are solid. People around here know us as the folks who are always checking on the sites. We spend a lot of time walking around and talking to the workers. It is important to stay involved in the details. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal, just one that does things the right way. We value the relationships we have with the people in the cooperative society. It is a good way to live and work. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay honest.
