Chinman Hospitality Private Limited is based at Sunrise Point in Rajarhat, New Town. Our office is at 7D, Saffron-II, in the HIG-II complex. If you’ve seen New Town lately, you know it’s full of new buildings and construction. We decided to set up here because there are so many people coming to this part of Kolkata for work or to find a place to live. We manage some rooms and apartments in the area for people who need a stay. It’s not a traditional hotel with a lobby and a bellhop. It’s more about looking after these individual units in a big residential complex. We spend a lot of our time walking between buildings and coordinating with the security guards at the gates. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it gets tiring, especially in the heat. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just a small team of three people trying to make this business work. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in our office. We just have what we need to get the job done. The 700157 area is always busy and changing, but we’ve found our place here. We don't make any big claims about being the best. We just provide a practical service for people who need it. It’s a real job and we handle it as best as we can, one day at a time, without any of that marketing fluff.
