Cheftard Private Limited

Up here in Raghunathpur at the Victoria Flat 1B Duke Garden, we started Cheftard Private Limited. It’s basically a small setup where we think about food and how to get it to people. Kolkata 700059 is where we call home. We aren't doing anything super flashy, just working out of a residential-style block which keeps things quiet and focused. Most of the time it’s just a couple of us sitting around desks planning out the next steps for our food projects. The neighborhood is alright, plenty of trees around Duke Garden. We spent a lot of time just figuring out the licensing and all the paperwork that comes with running a private limited company in India. It took longer than we thought it would, honestly. We handle things quite directly here. There aren't any big boardrooms or long meetings with people in suits. Usually, we just have tea and talk about what needs to happen by the end of the week. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains heavy, which happens a lot in Kolkata, but we manage somehow. We just wanted a place where we could work on food stuff without too much noise. That is really the whole story of our office. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do right now. We don't need much else to keep things moving along and getting stuff finished.
