You’ll find us at Noa Para, right on the Main Arterial Road, number AS/464. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something to look at out the windows. Charnock Senior Living is a bit different from the usual places you see. We wanted a spot that didn't feel like a hospital. The building is solid, and we spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are comfortable and the light is good. Being on the arterial road means it’s easy for families to drive over and visit. We have a small staff who are mostly busy with the cooking, cleaning, and just sitting with the residents. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We don't have a big corporate team in suits. You’re more likely to see someone in an apron or carrying a tray of snacks. We talk about the weather, the news, and whatever is on TV. The residents like to watch the traffic go by from the balcony. It keeps things feeling lively. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There are no strict rules about when you can walk around or have a chat. We just live our lives here and look after each other. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the daily stuff like making sure the food is hot and the beds are made. Noa Para is a decent place to be for this.
