Being on B T Road means there is never a quiet moment. Careergraph Institute Of Professionals Private Limited is located right at Lp-117/2 138/1, and you can hear the buses and trucks all day. It’s a practical place. We have rooms for classes and a small area where we sit and talk to people who walk in. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We focus on getting people ready for jobs. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer work. The air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound if we turn it up too high, so we usually keep it low. People come here from different parts of the city. We see a lot of young faces looking for a start. There’s a tea stall just down the road where most of us go when we need a break from the screens. It isn't a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a few rooms filled with desks and people trying to figure out their next career move. We keep the doors open most of the time to let some air in, even if it brings in the dust from the road. This is just where we work every day. Careergraph is just part of the neighborhood now. We’ve got some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for a few hours. When the sun goes down, the traffic gets even louder, but we're used to it by now.
