We are based at Bankim Pally in Madhyamgram. It is a quiet place and our office address is B 12 / 780 / 1. We are Canvasstroke Online Solutions Private Limited. We spend our days mostly looking at screens. It's a small group of us here. We don't have fancy furniture. Just some desks and chairs that we've had for a while. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it's not too loud during the day, except for the occasional street vendor. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate on the online work we do. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about whatever is on the news. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs. Being in North Parganas means we are a bit away from the main city rush, which is a relief. The commute isn't too bad for most of us. We have some plants in the corner, but someone usually forgets to water them, so they look a bit sad. That's just how things are here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out. It’s a very simple way of running a business. We focus on the practical side of things. Most of our work is technical and requires a lot of patience. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one.
