Cafoccino Restro (Opc) Private Limited

Our restaurant, Cafoccino, is located in the Thakurdari area of Krishnapur in Kolkata. It is run by Mr. Nemai Mondal and a small group of us who handle the cooking and the service. We are not a large chain or a big fancy eatery. It is just a local spot where people can come for a meal or a cup of coffee. The kitchen is small, so we have to be very organized to make sure everything comes out on time. We spend a lot of time standing on our feet, chopping vegetables and cleaning up. The tables are simple and we do not have any expensive decor on the walls. We have a few lights and some fans to keep the air moving. We do not have a marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work in the shops down the street. We know most of them by name. It gets a bit loud when the place is full, but we like the energy. We try to keep the food simple and honest. We do not have any fancy titles for the staff. We all just pitch in where we are needed, whether it is washing dishes or taking an order. It is a lot of work, but it feels good to have our own little place in Krishnapur. We just show up every day and cook.
